My research projects focus on evolutionary and physiological aspects of gene expression modulations. In particular, I am interested in the evolution of elements involved in the regulation of gene expression with a focus on micro-RNAs and transposable elements in species of the Arabidopsis genus and on transcriptomic responses during cold stress in pea.
